### FAQs

#### How do I sign in?

Use Google, passwordless email, or email and password depending on your account setup.

#### How do I join a workspace?

Open the invite you received, sign in, and complete the workspace-join flow.

#### How do I import many products?

Open Products and use the CSV or Excel import workflow when available. Review the import results for rows that need attention.

#### Why can’t I find a Style Kit?

Confirm the Style Kit exists and that its visibility allows you to use it. Private kits may only be available to their owner or eligible workspace members.

#### Which generation tool should I use?

Use **Scene Generator** for grouped lifestyle scenes, **Product Studio** for structured product-image sets, **Fabric Mapper** for fabrics and finishes, and **Designer** for freeform visual work and AI-assisted editing.

#### Can I leave the page while generation is running?

Many long-running workflows use background jobs. Open the **Job Queue** to check active or recently completed work.

#### Why is generation unavailable?

Check **Settings → Plan & usage** for credit or plan issues. Some actions may also depend on your role or workspace access.

#### Can I share work with someone who does not have a DecorX account?

Projects can support public read-only links when project sharing is enabled.

#### Where do I change export file names?

Product Studio, Scene Generator, and Fabric Mapper use the shared configurable export flow where supported. Open the export dialog to set filename templates, metadata tokens, or folder structure.
